Do you ship Australia-wide?

We deliver to NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT, metro and regional locations via trusted freight partners.

Do you offer trade accounts or wholesale pricing?

Yes. We supply builders, roofers, landscapers, electricians, designers, and other trade professionals. Contact us to discuss trade pricing and account setup.

Can I visit your workshop or speak with someone in person?

Absolutely. We welcome both trade customers and the general public. Just give us a call to arrange a time so the right team member is available.

OUTDOOR PRODUCTS

Are your outdoor products DIY-friendly?

Yes – our ArkuEdge edging, ArkuPlantr systems, garden rings, firepits, and screens are designed for simple installation with basic tools.

What tools do i need to install?

We keep it simple — most of our products can be installed with tools you likely already have. Here's what you'll need:

  • Rubber mallet
  • Spade (if installing into an existing garden bed)

What size does your edging come in?

Each section of ArkuEdge comes in a standard length of 2400mm. When purchasing, simply select the height and thickness you would like from the dropdown menus.

Do I need pegs to install ArkuEdge?

Each section of garden edging comes in a standard length of 2400mm. We recommend a minimum of 3 pegs per 2400mm length of ArkuEdge.

Do ArkuPlantr boxes come with a base?

Bases are sold separately and only available upon request.

What materials are used for your outdoor range?

We primarily use Corten steel, with options in galvanised and aluminium depending on the product.

How long does Corten steel last?

Corten typically lasts 40 to 100 years, depending on exposure. It forms a protective patina that prevents corrosion, especially in well-ventilated, wet/dry environments.

Can I customise outdoor products?

Yes — we can create custom sizes, shapes, cutouts (including logos), and configurations to suit your landscape or design.

Do you wholesale outdoor products?

Yes. We supply landscapers, nurseries, and retailers across multiple states. Contact us for wholesale pricing and order minimums.

Can I buy online?

Yes — standard items are available at arkusindustries.au. For custom or large orders, contact us directly.

CUSTOM WORK & FABRICATION

Do you offer custom fabrication?

Yes. We fabricate custom flashings, window hoods, planter boxes, screens, brackets, and more. Just send through your specs or drawings (even a sketch will do).

What materials do you work with?


We specialise in Corten, Galvanised, Zincalume, Aluminium, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Colorbond® steel.

What are your lead times for fabrication?

  • Flashings: typically 24–48 hours
  • Custom work: varies depending on complexity and quantity — confirmed at time of quoting.

Are you an authorised VELUX distributor?

Yes — we supply genuine VELUX skylights, flashings, and accessories.

Do you work with both trades and homeowners?

We do. Whether you're a builder or a DIYer, we’ll help you find the right VELUX solution for your project.

Do you supply custom flashing kits for VELUX skylights?

Yes — we fabricate a range of custom flashing solutions to suit your specific roof profile and skylight setup. Contact us to discuss your project requirements.

Do you stock skylights?

No — all VELUX products are ordered on demand. We’ll confirm availability and lead time when you order.

Dispatch is usually 2-4 days depending on stock availability.

Can you recommend someone to install it?

Yes — we can connect you with experienced and reputable installers the ACT only.

How do I choose the right skylight?

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we offer flat-rate delivery within Canberra and surrounds.

What if my item is faulty?

If the product is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Can I organise my own courier?

Absolutely — just let us know once your order is ready and we’ll supply the pickup details.

Is shipping insured?

Insurance is optional but strongly recommended for high-value or fragile items. Let us know if you'd like it included.

What if my item is damaged in transit?

Inspect your order on arrival. Note any visible damage on the delivery docket and contact us within 24 hours with photos. Claims outside this window may not be accepted.

Shipping isn’t available for my product at checkout — what do I do now?

Some bulky, oversized, or custom items can’t be automatically calculated through our online store. If shipping isn’t available for your order, simply contact us directly at admin@arkus.com.au or call us for a custom freight quote. We’ll confirm the best shipping method and cost based on your location and product size.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on custom, made-to-order items or for change of mind. For standard items, returns must be made within 7 days in brand-new condition and may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Do you ship interstate?

We deliver to NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT, metro and regional locations via trusted freight partners.
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the type of order.

Are shipping costs refundable?

No. Shipping and postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
